Root
Root is a very special mural design, because it’s handmade with only organic materials! We created this wallpaper using natural dyes, which we made using avocado peels and pits. When you make a dye using avocado skins, it turns into the beautiful peachy pink tone you see before you. We gently dipped natural fabric into the color, resulting in a gorgeous gradient that fades from bottom to top. All of the raw textures of the fabric are captured in wonderful detail in this mural, too, which gives the design an interesting rustic effect.
